As you enter our office, the first part you will see is our Reception/Check-In & Waiting
Area. Our friendly staff is eager to assist you in getting checked in and started with your
treatment. |

New Patients are given a thorough exam, including X-rays, by Dr.
Cate before any treatment is suggested or performed to ensure proper care. Proper diagnosis is
essential to treating your injury or pain properly. |

The next step after examination is a review of your x-rays with Dr. Cate. The findings
of your x-rays will be discussed and a course of action to get you feeling well again, in the
quickest time possible, will be decided. |

Next, you will be given a physical examination by Dr. Cate to make sure there are no other areas of
concern that might negatively impact your treatment and the healing process. This step is essential to
treatment plan. |

We accept all insurances and our staff is experienced in dealing with the insurance companies. We
will discuss with you what your insurance covers and what forms of therapy and treatment they
allow. We file all the paperwork for you to save you the time and hassle of doing it. |

The next step after review of your x-rays and the physical exam is Therapy. We
want to get you on the road to recovery as quickly as possible. Therapy can take on many
different forms and is tailored to your specific condition. Therapy prepares you for
Treatment. |
